StoneCast Custom Home Design offers many design services, such as:

Custom Home Designs:

- Our custom home design services provide you with high quality, photo realistic exterior renderings as well as clean, well detailed construction documents that are easy for your builder to work from.

remodels & additions:

- Remodels and additions can be tricky and complex projects. We have extensive experience in creating designs that blend seamlessly. We also prioritize accurate, easy to read, existing conditions and demo plans incorporated in your final construction set.

Outbuildings & detached structures:

- These projects include, Detached Garages, Cabana's, Pool Houses, Barns, Casita's and much more. If you need a detached, secondary structure, then we can design it.

RENDERINGS:

- We proud ourselves on our ability to showcase our projects to our clients in a way that allows them to get a real life sense of what their home will look like when its built. If you are someone who had their home designed by someone else, but would like to have us do a high quality, photo realistic rendering for you, we'd be pleased to do so.

Additional Inormation:

  • All designs come with two complimentary 3D exterior renderings
  • Base priving is for standard designs. $1 - $2 per SQ. FT. may be added for homes with complex site conditions and restrictions, complex CC&R'S, etc.
  • Structural, civil and MEP engineering are additional costsand billed directly from the respective engineer.
  • A 50% retainer is due before any services are provided.
  • Services are for a one-time build, all new build designs remain the property of SCHD (not to include remodels, additions, or projects for which we have only provided renderings services for).

SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS:

  • SCHD's services are architectural design services only and do not include the structural engineering required for a final construction document set. For this reason, we have teamed up with Redwood Engineering! With a dialed in process between us and Redwood, we make sure you walk away with a full set of Architectural and Structural drawings.
